Children Under the Age of 18
Our Platform is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information to or on the Platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. Information in our Platform
Our Platform contains information on individuals that has been collected from public records (such as state and local records) and other public and private sources. We may use some service providers to provide more detailed information when we only possess partial information (such as matching a phone number to a name). We constantly refresh information obtained from many public sources, so we do not control what information they include or exclude from such public sources. We do not respond to general requests from individuals to delete information in our Platform. If you believe that information in the Platform about you is objectively false, then you should contact the original sources of such information, and review our Profile Review Request Policy. Use of your Personal Information
Garbo collects and uses your personal information to operate its Platform and deliver the services you have requested.
Garbo may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Garbo and its affiliates.

Garbo does not sell, rent or lease its user lists to third parties.

Automatically Collected Information

From time to time, Garbo may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed for us to manage and provide our services and for our business needs.
